Can I pick up in store?
No, we are a internet company, and only process sales through various online stores.
Can I order from other countries?
Currently we are only shipping to a UK postal address from the internet site. If you are overseas please visit our Ebay shop where you can purchase from there.
How do I cancel my order?
You have to email us as soon as possible, if the item has been posted it will not be possible to cancel the order. You may wish to send item back at your cost, we recommend recorded delivery as we cannot refund items which are not received in the same condition they were sent out.
Will I recieve confirmation of my order?
Yes. We will send you a receipt of your order in an email. Please read and check the details carefully to make sure that they are correct.
Once an order has been placed you cannot change the delivery address from that originally stated on the order.
All prices stated on our websites are inclusive of
VAT at the current UK rate (where applicable). Orders to the Channel Islands and countries outside the EC orders will not be processed until the customer's funds have cleared in full.
All transactions will be carried out in Sterling.
